Please note: Sale/Past Seasons/Outlet sales are final and NOT REFUNDABLE. Please note shoes under OUTLET are past seasons, one off and may present small imperfections.

The shipping costs (including custom fees where applicable) are for your own expense. Portamento is not responsible for returned items being lost in transit.
We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked Sale/Past Seasons/Outlet) that have not been worn, altered or washed and have all original tags attached, within 14 days from receipt. In the interest of quality, we can only accept product for return that is clean and unworn. If you return any items bearing any signs of wear, we will send it back to you at your cost.
SHOES: try them on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.RETURN INSTRUCTION: all returns must be authorized by Portamento Store. We kindly ask that you to write us an email before sending your order back.
- Refund: you can select your original payment method or store credit. Your refund will exclude the delivery cost (shipping and duties). Please note, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Store credit is valid for 6 months and you will get a code to use at the checkout when you next shop at Portamento.
Please note: we always check the quality of our shoes before shipping so if you believe the quality is not 100% please let us know as soon as you get them. We won't be able to accept any return for shoes that presents wear and tear signs and not in spotless condition unless you have reached us in advance.
