Refund policy

We want you to love our shoes as much as we do. But if something is not right, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help just write an email to info@portamentostore.com.

We offer RETURNS within 14 days of shipment. For further details see below.


We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked "Final Sale") that have not been worn, altered or washed and have all original tags attached, within 14 days from receipt. In the interest of quality, we can only accept product for return that is clean and unworn. If you return any items bearing any signs of wear, we will send it back to you at your cost.

SHOES: try them on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.

RETURN INSTRUCTION: Please note: all returns must be authorized by Portamento Store. We kindly ask that you to write us an email before sending your order back.  You can:

  • Exchange your item for a different size.
  • Refund: you can select your original payment method or store credit. Your refund will exclude the delivery cost. Please note, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Store credit is valid for 6 months and you will get a code to use at the checkout when you next shop at Portamento. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that all returns be sent by recorded delivery as sadly we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. 

Sale items are FINAL sale, no return or exchange. 

OUTLET items are Final sale, no return or exchange. Please note shoes under OUTLET are past seasons, one off and may present slightly imperfections.
