There was a delay in receiving these shoes and one of the buckles is slightly damaged but not worth the effort of returning.

We are very sorry the shoes arrived late, we always do our best to make our customers happy, we know how frustrating is to wait for a new pair of shoes! We did shipped your order as usual but unfortunately our courier (UPS) did experience some delays that were not under our control. Regarding the buckle, we are sorry to hear, we always inspect our shoes carefully before shipping, if you send us some pictures we will check, but please bear in mind that the shoes you bought were on our OUTLET section, which means they were heavily discounted.The huge discounts is due to the fact that those shoes are past seasons, one off and sometimes present slightly imperfections (as stated on our return page).
