The shipping costs are for your own expense. Portamento is not responsible for returned items being lost in transit.
We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked "Final Sale" or "Past Seasons") that have not been worn, altered or washed and have all original tags attached, within 14 days from receipt. In the interest of quality, we can only accept product for return that is clean and unworn. If you return any items bearing any signs of wear, we will send it back to you at your cost.
SHOES: try them on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.

Exchange your item for a different size.
Refund: you can select your original payment method or store credit. Your refund will exclude the delivery cost. Please note, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Store credit is valid for 6 months and you will get a code to use at the checkout when you next shop at Portamento.
